Aude Project Partners develop two kind of products:
Training handbook. This document includes the whole package of trainin contents used to help mentors in providing specific support to young people in residential care with the aim of improve their school success and personal competences.
The Sapere Aude partners had developed this tool to help other organizations with them social mentoring initiatives and you can check it in these languages: english, french, deutsch, spanish & croatian.
Practical case Handbook. This document includes the description of the whole Sapere Aude process, describing and showing the advantages and disadvantages of social mentoring process, how is the developed and showing how to carry out essential parts such as the recruitment of mentors or the selection of mentor and mentee couples. This document includes the results of the research carried out by University of Girona (UdG) based on the complex stadistic process that shows the evolution of the results of the mentees and the global results of the project. Also you can find the description of the results of the project.
